Exchanges and Returns

According to article 10 of DL no. 24/2014, of February 14, when purchasing items online, the consumer has the right to exchange or return the purchased products.

If you wish to return/exchange a product for any reason, you can do so without penalty or justification, within 14 calendar days of receiving the order at the address indicated.

The amount of the pieces to be returned will revert to a store credit. In case of exchange, the value must be equal or greater. If this is not the case, the remaining amount will be converted into credit for the customer to use in the store in the future.

For exchanges or returns, the product must be new, in the same condition as delivery, unused and in the original packaging.

Returns must be sent via Registered Mail by CTT to the address indicated by email, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

In case of damaged items or items that do not correspond to the order, our store can send a new item or refund the amount paid.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the payment method used for the initial purchase, which may take between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the payment method.

There are some variations considered normal in handmade pieces, as characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture, such as variations in grain, texture, knots and colors. These characteristics are not considered defects or lack of conformity and must be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.

Exchanges or returns are not permitted on items purchased on sale.
